MEMBERSHIP

Dues are $6.00 a year and that provides you with the greatest resources in all of philately---the opportunity to network with fellow collectors.   Membership is available to anyone who is interested in stamp collecting.  Whether you are a beginner or an advanced collector, the club has something for you.  Our twice-monthly business meetings are held in a casual, friendly atmosphere,  offering everyone an opportunity to learn more about the hobby, to share interests and information, to buy, sell or swap stamps and other philatelic items.   Experienced members are always willing to share their expertise with anyone.  Guests are welcome!  In addition to the business meetings, members meet informally in the evening, the second Tuesday of the month.   Check our calendar for the meeting and event schedule.

An application is required to the membership of the club for approval.  Among the benefits of membership are:

*Use of the club’s lending reference library, including catalogs, periodicals and much more

*Invitations to the club’s annual holiday and anniversary luncheons

*Participation in the stamp auction, held the third Wednesday of each

*Access to dealer services, stamps and supplies, the first Wednesday of

  each month

*Participation in the Ocala Stamp Show, sponsored by the Florida Stamp

  Dealers’ Association, each fall

*Involvement in community outreach, through exhibits and programs

  for youth, veterans, and senior citizen groups
